Our Gap assessment and analysis program based on NABH, evaluates the hospital’s infrastructural, human resource, and biomedical equipment processes, documentation, staff orientation, and other factors in relation to accreditation standards. We assist in developing plans to address identified gaps with hospital staff, ensuring that services offered meet accreditation standards.
We provide guidance in developing and reviewing the hospital’s Accreditation plan at various stages of the project, including orientation, training and assistance in creating an organizational quality structure and culture that encourages the involvement and integration of hospital staff in the accreditation process.
We assist in the organization and formation of committees and teams, and guide the development of Quality Assurance and Record Keeping programs. We also assist in the development of documents, such as SOPs, manuals, policies, and instructions for the hospital, departments and infection control, modifying the existing system to meet accreditation norms. These documents will be developed in collaboration with hospital staff.
We organize training programs throughout the accreditation preparation process, utilizing consultant trainers and resources, external trainers and resources, and in-house facility trainers and resources. We train pre-identified hospital staff on NABH methodology for accreditation, and assist in developing performance indicators and data collection and analysis.
We facilitate the development of a facility assessment program through training of facility staff to conduct assessments, assistance in organizing internal assessments, facilitation in the conduction of mock drills, internal assessments and evaluating the results of internal assessments. We also monitor accreditation program activities, documentation, the effectiveness of training programs and organizing refresher training programs as needed.
